In their annual salary survey, the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) found that a master’s degree in education administration and supervision increased earnings potential by 50%, compared to similar professionals with only a bachelor’s degree. The Bureau of Labor Statistics has also put together a handy chart of potential earning increases for educators with advanced degrees, showing salary boosts ranging from 14% to 44%, depending on specialization.
